How does the US Navy method work?
It uses tape measurements (neck, waist and hips for women) and your height in a logarithmic formula that estimates your body fat percentage.
Is tape measuring accurate?
Accuracy depends on technique: measure loose skin, without compressing, and repeat two or three times. Like any indirect method, it is an estimate.
What fat ranges are healthy?
